Lucy & Jason: Capturing Moments Before the Wedding Day!
This week is an exciting one for Lucy and Jason as they prepare to tie the knot! We've had such a wonderful journey together, and it all kicks off with our final call on Tuesday evening. On Friday, I'll be joining them for their church rehearsal, and then the big day is finally here on Saturday, with their reception at the beautiful Stoke Place.
Before all this excitement, we had a lovely pre-wedding photoshoot. I know Lucy and Jason were a bit nervous about being in front of the camera, but they went for it anyway—and I’m so glad they did! We met up for a coffee and catch-up before the shoot, which is always a great way to connect and see where couples are in their wedding planning. It also helps everyone relax before the photos.
We headed out for a stroll after our coffee, and I have to say, the session was fun, relaxed, and (hopefully) not as daunting as they initially thought! Most of us aren't used to being photographed, and it can feel a bit intimidating, but Lucy and Jason took it all in their stride! Their feedback after receiving the photos was just what I hoped for:
"Thank you for sending through our pre-wedding photos, we are absolutely delighted with them, they look amazing, thank you! 😍 You made us feel really comfortable during the shoot and that shows—we're not normally that relaxed in photographs! We are really looking forward to you capturing our big day 😁."
Hearing this makes me so happy. What a lovely way to lead up to their wedding! I'm beyond excited to capture their special day and create even more beautiful memories together.
